Getting Nightmare Before Xmas figures to stand up?
I have a rather large collection of these action figures (see http://www.moviemaniacs.net/figures/neca/figures/nbc/series1/jack/jackclam.jpg) but because of their height and slim build I can’t get most of them to stand up at all. Any slight movement and they fall over.
I’ve tried several things to get them to stand up, even hot glue to a small stone, but nothing seems to work. I was thinking of mounting small posts to their backs but haven’t found a good source yet.
Any suggestions on how to make this plastic figures stand?
There is a company called Kaiser that makes metal doll/Action Figure stands of all sizes. If you do a search on google, you should be able to find them. They don’t sell them on their own website but there are plenty of Collection/Hobby websites that do. Look through those, and you should be able to find a size that will fit your figures. That way, you won’t have to alter them in any way.
